We start with development in your physical health and fitness, because I know how energised, positive, happy, proud and successful you will feel when you begin that journey. Achieving fitness goals teaches us success, pride, commitment and fulfilment that we can apply to anything else in our lives!
I train my clients at The Gym in Plymouth as well as at their homes and will soon be running fitness classes in the Plymouth area. Not local? Don't worry, I provide online training! All you need to do is purchase my online training package and register!
Simply purchase your chosen training package and register on the site. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will be notified that your membership area is ready and waiting
Once you gain access to your membership area, you will be able to fill in your medical and exercise history questionnaires.
I will also need to obtain body measurements and current fitness levels; if you are local and have purchased face to face training we will establish these at your first consultation and fitness test.
This will give me an overall picture of your health, history and goals, as well as providing a baseline from which to measure your success!
Your membership area is also where you can access further packages, discounts, read member's only blogs and book your face to face sessions...which leads us to...
Once questionnaires are submitted and assessments carried out, we are ready to get moving! You will soon receive your first week's workout and nutritional advice, which is accessible in your membership area.
Your workouts consist of a full week's programme which is tweaked every week or two in accordance with feedback, monitoring and progress.
Every 6 weeks, we assess your body measurements and fitness once again in order to plan further training effectively.
If you have booked face to face coaching, your training programme will also include a personal training session as well as further exercise activities for the rest of the week.
